MICHIGAN ENERGY PROVIDERS CONFERENCE

We are pleased to invite you to attend the 53rd Annual Michigan Energy Providers Conference, which will be held at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island on July 29 - 31, 2009. This conference is sponsored by Michigan’s electric utilities (Coops, Munis, and IOUs) and natural gas utilities and deals with important energy issues directly affecting Michigan. We begin with a discussion on natural gas issues on Wednesday afternoon’s agenda and conduct two half-day sessions on electric policy issues ending at noon Friday. This year the Michigan Energy System Scramble (“MESS”) will be held on Thursday, July 30 with a shotgun start at 1:30 pm.
The theme of this conference is focused on low-income, energy efficiency and renewable energy. Please note that the tentative agenda is subject to change.
